ºì¶¹ÊÓƵ and Queensborough Community College are partnering to create clearer, more intentional transfer pathways for students. With support from the Heckscher Foundation, this work focuses on reducing credit loss, strengthening advising, expanding Transfer Trax degree maps, and helping students move from QCC to QC with greater confidence and momentum.

Our work includes:

Developing QCC-to-QC Transfer Trax, career-infused degree maps for high-demand majors

Reviewing and improving course equivalency information

Supporting greater use of CUNY Transfer Explorer in advising conversations

Hosting joint events, information sessions, and advising opportunities

Strengthening collaboration between faculty, advisors, and student success teams at both institutions
