The mission of the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) group is to serve the campus as advisory of Regulatory Standards and ‘Best Management Practices’, which positively affect the quality of Health, Safety, and our Environment at ºì¶¹ÊÓƵ. The ultimate goal is to foster a safety-minded culture committed to protecting the well-being of employees, students, and visitors to our campus.

Laboratory Safety – Initial
Who should attend:
All new laboratory personnel who have not yet completed the Initial Laboratory Safety Training at ºì¶¹ÊÓƵ.
Laboratory Safety – Refresher
Who should attend:
All laboratory personnel who have not attended a lab safety training session within the past year.
Prerequisite: Laboratory Safety – InitialÌý Ìý Ìý ÌýÌý
Certificate Of Fitness C-14
Who should attend:
All those who are required to be C-14 holders.ÌýÌý
Prerequisite: Laboratory Safety – InitialÌý Ìý Ìý ÌýÌý

OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens
Who should attend:
Anyone who may come in contact with blood or OPIM as part of their job.
