End of the Semester Checklist

Here are some tasks that you may want to take care of over the next few weeks.

Submit your grades

    • May 15 –Deadline to resolveINC grades.
    • May 16 –Spring 2025 grade rosters open.
    • May 28 – Spring 2025 grade submission deadline for both graduate and undergraduate courses.

Resolveincomplete (INC) grades / Request a grade change

Please consult

To request a grade change:

    1. Visit.
    2. Go to the top-right corner of the page and select “Log In.”
    3. Use your CAMS account details to log in.

Enter Final Grades

There are multiple ways to enter final grades intoCUNYfirst.

    • CUNY recently enabled the Grade Passback tool which allows faculty to import final grades directly from Brightspace into CUNYfirst.

Course Adoption/Textbooks

Submit your course adoption information throughto support course accessibility and affordability.

Enter information about textbooks, alternative course materials, or select “no books required” for each of your courses.

Consideraskingthe librarytoplacea copy of the materials on reserve for your class. Information on requesting reserves can be found atReserves Information for Faculty.
