- Tuesdays 2:00pm-4:00pm
- Wednesdays 2:00pm-4:00pm
Accessibility-Focused Virtual Drop-In Hours:
- Fridays, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., starting March 13 through May 29
If your schedule prevents you from meeting CETLL staff during Drop-In Hours, please email us at CTLonline@qc.cuny.edu so we can make other arrangements.
Please be sure to join at least 30 minutes prior to the end of a session in order to allow us to end sessions at the designated time.

The ITS Service Desk and QCard Office have opened in I-Building, Room 200. This move is part of our commitment to enhancing support services for students, faculty, and staff.
The new location is not just a change of address but a step toward providing better services. The space is equipped with new and updated technology, allowing the expansion of our service offerings to include hardware and software support for ºì¶¹ÊÓÆµ-managed devices. Students, faculty, and staff can now schedule an appointment before visiting the Service Desk, which should considerably reduce wait times as it allows our team of technicians to provide support efficiently and effectively.
