Our Mission
Our mission is to prepare School of Business students with the skills necessary to compete in today’s workforce. Through innovative coaching and co-curricular workshops, we empower students to design and navigate meaningful careers in a global and evolving workplace.

What We Offer
The Career Design Lab provides School of Business students with personalized career support, practical resources, and opportunities to build the skills needed for today’s workforce. From career coaching and employer events to professional development, internships, and job search support, our programs are designed to help students move forward with confidence at every stage of their career journey.
