Biography

James is Interim Chief Librarian & Chair, Coordinator of Collection Management, and Historical Cultural & Social Sciences Librarian. He is a research librarian with many years of public services experience in academic librarianship, primarily in reference & information services, as well as in web &聽 electronic resources, special & branch libraries, and access services (circulation, interlibrary loan, reserves).

For several years he has served as subject specialist for numerous social science disciplines listed below, and has previous experience in anthropology, business, sociology, urban studies, and other subjects. He is also Adjunct Faculty in QC鈥檚 Graduate School of Library and Information Studies, and previously in QC鈥檚 History department.
