Major Declaration
Thank you for your interest in the Fashion and Design program at ºì¶¹ÊÓÆµ. We are a supportive, inclusive, and diverse community that welcomes students at all levels of ability to join us.
We welcome any ºì¶¹ÊÓÆµ student to take classes with us. It is not necessary to be a major in our program, but you must be an accepted and matriculated student who is registered at ºì¶¹ÊÓÆµ.
New Freshmen and Transfers:ÌýPlease be aware that you cannot declare a major in this program until after you are an accepted and matriculated student who is registered at ºì¶¹ÊÓÆµ. We do not conduct admissions for new students. Please contact the Admissions office directly to find out how to apply to ºì¶¹ÊÓÆµ. /admissions/
To declare a major in Fashion and Design please follow the instructions below.
- Open the PDF and type directly into it. (Click on hyperlink for Major Declaration Form.)
- Fill out your information and digitally sign into the PDF (you can just type your name for the signature if you have trouble with this).
- Save it on your computer as a PDF. You can do this even if you don’t have the program.
- Send it in an email to Emily.Ripley@qc.cuny.edu
- Do not fill in the information for the Major. The advisor for Fashion and Design, Emily Ripley needs to do this. They will then sign and submit it for you.
- As soon as possible, you should email advisor Emily.Ripley@qc.cuny.edu to schedule a Zoom meeting about the program.
