No matter what your&nbsp;September brings, Culture Watch is here to&nbsp;highlight free events to enjoy from the comfort of your home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lastly &#8211;&nbsp;and most importantly &#8211;&nbsp;we wish everyone a safe and happy start to the school year!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Music<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ongoing: Thursdays at 4PM:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/norahjones\/\">Norah Jones<\/a>&nbsp;continues to perform short and charming sets live on facebook each week.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Tuesday, 9\/8 at 7:30PM: The Metropolitan Opera\u2019s Nightly Streams continue with Gounod\u2019s realization of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.metopera.org\/\">Romeo and Juliet<\/a>. Nightly Opera Streams remain available until 7PM the following day to make way for the next opera.<\/li><li>Tuesday, 9\/22 at 7:00PM:&nbsp;Sofia Tosello\u2019s Chu\u00f1o Experimental \u2013 Latin American traditional music will be bringing their sounds to our homes&nbsp;thanks to ºì¶¹ÊÓƵs own&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/KupferbergCenterArts\/\">Kupferberg Center for the Arts<\/a>. This is Part of their Music Makers: An Alumni Concert Series, which features graduates from the Aaron Copland School of Music.<\/li><li>Wednesday, 9\/23 at 10:30AM: National Radio Series is featuring the music of George Crumb for Program 52. Crumb\u2019s music is wholly unique and magical. It will be permanently available once it is posted on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chambermusicsociety.org\/watch-and-listen\/list?\">The Chamber Music Society website<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Friday through Sunday, 9\/25 &#8211; 9\/27 at 8PM:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCTHmKgZsEZ7UJs_S2GjDJGg\">The Monterey Jazz Festival<\/a>&nbsp;will be live on Youtube starting at 8PM each night.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Art<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Monday, September 14 at 6:30PM and Wednesday, September 16 at 2PM: The Guggenheim is taking a look at previous rotunda installations. These works make use of Frank Lloyd Wright\u2019s unique architecture to create something powerful. Space is limited,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amnh.org\/calendar\/climate-history-future\">RSVP here<\/a>.<\/li><li>Tuesday, September 29 at 7:00: Housed at ºì¶¹ÊÓƵ, The&nbsp;Godwin-Ternbach Museum will introduce everyone their newest exhibit:&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/xn--godwin-ternbach%20museums%20human-us8t\/Nature:%20Portraits%20from%20the%20Permanent%20Collection%20%E2%80%93%20Introduction%20to%20their%20newest%20exhibition\">Human\/Nature: Portraits from the Permanent Collection<\/a>. Check out&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amnh.org\/calendar\/climate-history-future\">Understanding Earth&#8217;s Climate History, and Future.&nbsp;<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Storytelling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><\/strong>Ongoing: The National Theatre has a unique new program for children.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationaltheatre.org.uk\/shows\/madame-kalamazoo\">Madame Kalamazoo<\/a>&nbsp;will send handcrafted tales starring your young one right to your inbox.
