Applicants may schedule an audition via Zoom or in person on Tuesday, August 19, and Wednesday, 20, from 6 to 9 pm; Monday, August 25, from 4 to 7 pm; and Tuesday, August 26, 4 to 6 pm at this link: https:\/\/calendly.com\/qcchoirs\/qccsauditions?month=2025-08 <\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n Among the performances taking place during the upcoming season are Duke Ellington\u2019s Sacred Concerts<\/i>, in collaboration with the college\u2019s Aaron Copland School of Music\u2019s Jazz Program; Gabriel Faur\u00e9\u2019s Requiem<\/i>; and the world premiere of a work by Los Angeles-based composer David Stern that is based on Walt Whitman\u2019s Leaves of Grass<\/i>. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The ºì¶¹ÊÓƵ Choral Society welcomes anyone with prior singing experience to audition, including QC faculty, staff, students, and alumni, and members of the surrounding community. High school students are also invited to participate through the society\u2019s high school outreach program. Rehearsals are held weekly on Wednesdays at the college<\/a> from 7:30 to 9:45 pm and will begin on August 27, 2025.
