What counts as faculty service? How do we recognize and honor the contributions we make to support our students, departments, the college community, our scholarly fields, and beyond? How do we communicate our efforts to others? What strategies support us to engage in service in ways that align with our broader goals as educators and scholars?<\/p>\n
