All faculty who propose to conduct research or teaching that requires the use of animals must obtain approval from the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) before beginning work.\u00a0 Application forms are available in the Office of Regulatory Compliance.<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0 Meeting and deadline dates will be posted as they become available.<\/strong><\/p>\n Completed protocols must be submitted to the Office of Regulatory Compliance no later than the deadline date (posted above)<\/strong> for consideration by the IACUC.\u00a0 In general, please submit your protocol at least two weeks before the next scheduled review date.\u00a0 Protocols not received by the deadline date WILL NOT<\/strong> be reviewed by the IACUC but will be held for review until the next scheduled meeting.\u00a0 NO EXCEPTIONS<\/strong> will be granted.
