Please format your poster accordingly. Please leave at least 3\/4&#8243; margins around all 4 sides when composing the poster.<\/li>\n<li><strong>FILE TYPES:<\/strong> Please use PPT or PDF file type only.<\/li>\n<li><strong>NON-BLANK BACKGROUND:<\/strong> Please avoid using non-blank backgrounds for text sections on the poster (such as the main title or paragraphs with dark background and light text) as much as possible. Dark background printing greatly increases ink usage, printing time and print heads wear while providing no improvement or even reduction on readability. You may be asked to revise the poster if excessive non-blank backgrounds were used.<\/li>\n<li><strong>PROOF-READING:<\/strong> Please make all efforts to ensure your poster is error-free, as poster printing is time and material consuming.<\/li>\n<li><strong>SUBMISSION:<\/strong> Please submit the file to boris.berezovski@qc.cuny.edu<em><strong> at least three business days in advance<\/strong><\/em>. This is to minimize the potential inconveniences caused by possible unavailability of facility, operator, printer or supplies. If you must print a poster on a shorter notice, please contact Boris in advance to make the arrangement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>CONFIRMATION<\/strong>: You should receive a confirmation email with 24 business hours after submission.
