For this reason, we suggest three things:<\/p>\n\nRegister via CUNYfirst, as early as you possibly can.<\/li>\nIf a course you want is closed,\u00a0search for and seriously consider alternatives.<\/em><\/li>\nDo not assume you can be over-tallied into a closed course just because your graduation will be otherwise delayed.<\/li>\n\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\u00a0<\/div>\n\nNEW Enrollment Requirement Policy for Psychology 213W as follows:<\/strong><\/div>\n\u00a0<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\nEnrollment Requirements<\/div>\n<\/td>\n\nPre: PSYCH 101 and 1073 and 1071 and ENGL 110. Minimum grade of C is required for Psych 1073 and 1071.\u00a0Students must be declared psychology or neuroscience majors, and must have completed a minimum of 60 credits, or with departmental approval.<\/b><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n\u00a0<\/div>\nIf classes close, students may join the waiting list on CUNYFirst.<\/div>\nSenior (over 90 credits) Psych Majors will be granted priority for enrollment from 213W Experimental and Advanced Experimental waiting lists, whenever possible.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\nPolicy on double-registrations for Advanced Experimental Psych 311- Psych 321<\/h4>\nPlease do not register for multiple Advanced Experimental (AE) courses.\u00a0We will check for double\u00a0registrations and when we find students registered for two AE courses, we will drop them from both without contacting them.\u00a0<\/strong>You cannot \u2019save seats.\u2019 The penalty for doing so is being dropped from both and put at the back of the queue.<\/p>\nClass Format\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\nStudents are advised to check the course format, including class notes, very carefully when registering. Psychology dept has returned to primarily in-person instruction and will offer only a limited number of online-only courses.\u00a0 Psychology Courses will be offered in the following formats:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\nIn Person<\/span><\/b>: All required class meetings occur on QC campus, during scheduled class meeting times. \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\nOnline synchronous<\/span><\/b>: This course will be completely online but will include real-time synchronous lectures\/discussions with students.
