Students may also pursue national certification in behavior analysis. Both our ABA master\u2019s and advanced certificate programs meet the behavior-analytic coursework requirements for those pursuing the BCBA pathway 2 eligibility route Board Certified Behavior Analyst\u00a0(BCBA) is a certification provided by the\u00a0Behavior Analysis Certification Board<\/a>.\u00a0Broadly, certifications attest to a particular level of skill, and many employers favor hiring individuals\u00a0with certifications.\u00a0In the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, the BCBA is considered the reputable certification. The BCBA credential is broad and not specific to working with any particular population or in any particular state.<\/p>\n

Supervised Experience<\/strong><\/h4>\n

While you are enrolled or after completing your coursework, you must also accrue 2000 hours of supervised experience. See the\u00a0BACB guidelines<\/a>\u00a0for supervised experience and\u00a0opportunities to accrue during your time at ºì¶¹ÊÓƵ on the Supervised Experience\/Fellowship tab.<\/p>\n
