Research Contracting is a Central Office Function.\u00a0 However each campus has a Research Agreement Point of Contact.\u00a0 At ºì¶¹ÊÓƵ, the Director of ORC fills that function. The POC makes sure agreements are filled out properly, coordinates question about terms and the scope of work of an agreement with the PI, asks the other party to the agreement for revisions if there are any, and is responsible for obtaining fully executed agreements and sharing them with all involved parties.\u00a0 The ORC Director can make inquiries about problematic terms or about delays on you behalf.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n We can create these agreements from a template at a PI’s request or Pis can request review of another institution’s draft agreement.\u00a0 For NDAs, Consortium agreements, Data Transfer and Data Usage agreements, please email us the following information:<\/p>\n 1.
