TRANSFER HONORS PROGRAM<\/h1>\n

[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=”Text” _builder_version=”4.20.2″ _module_preset=”default” width=”100%” global_colors_info=”{}”]From its inception in 2014, the Transfer Honors Program (THP) has been devoted to cultivating the scholarly potential of talented transfer students. The program recognizes that transfer students contribute to the ºì¶¹ÊÓƵ community by bringing not only the academic rigor of their work at their first colleges but also a wealth of life-experience that is distinct from that of traditional four-year college students.<\/p>\n

In order to help our students to maintain scholarly momentum from their first colleges, to embark on high-level, individualized research, and to ask the big questions that they want to ask of their respective fields, the THP offers financial and academic support to its members. Students receive scholarships at two levels, half tuition and full tuition (NY resident tuition rate), for the four-semester duration of their studies at ºì¶¹ÊÓƵ. And we provide dedicated academic advising, early registration for courses, and priority consideration for competitive majors and honors programs.
