36 credits in French and Francophone Studies<\/strong><\/p>\n Choose from the following courses:<\/p>\n F41W*, F45W*, F250*, F111, F112, F203, F204, F205, F206, F223, F224, F225, F228, F231, F235, F320, F340, F345, F350, F360, F366, F370, F375, F380, F385 and approved courses taken at the Universit\u00e9 de Paris<\/p>\n The major requires F205, F206, F224, F228, two 300-level courses, and a course from the “Euro” category.<\/p>\n *courses taught in English. Students may only take two courses taught in English for the major.<\/strong><\/p>\n 6 credits in another Romance language (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese) may be counted toward satisfying the major in French at the discretion of the Undergraduate French Advisor.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 18 credits\u00a0<\/strong>in French and Francophone Studies<\/strong><\/p>\n Requirements for the Minor in French (Minor Code FREN-MIN):<\/p>\n The minor consists of 18 credits in French and Francophone Studies, chosen in consultation with a departmental advisor. Students may take two classes taught in English on relevant aspects of French culture.<\/p>\n Choose from the following courses:<\/p>\n F111, F112, F203, F204, F205, F206, F223, F224, F225, F228, F231, F235, F320, F340, F345, F350, F360, F366, F370, F375, F380, F385, F41*, F45*, F250* and approved courses taken at the Universit\u00e9 de Paris.<\/p>\n *<\/strong>Courses taught in English.
